Website delivery

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Requests to the site involve network information such as your IP address, request details and browser headers. Cloudflare processes this information to deliver and protect the site. Where regional analytics settings are enabled, the site uses a country-level signal from the hosting provider to select the applicable analytics choice. That country signal is not included in our analytics events.

Scheduling a conversation

Our calendar is provided by Cal.com. Loading it connects your browser to Cal.com, which receives network and device information. If you book, Cal.com handles the details you provide, such as your name, email address, time zone and answers to booking questions. We use the booking information to arrange the meeting and respond to your enquiry.

Scheduling works independently of our optional website analytics. Your analytics preference does not control Cal.com’s own processing. See Cal.com’s privacy policy for its practices.

Optional website analytics

When enabled and permitted by your preferences and the site’s regional settings, we use PostHog to understand which pages and sections are useful, which links people follow, and whether the booking calendar loads or a booking is confirmed.

Our analytics sends only defined events and allowlisted properties: recognised page paths, section and link identifiers, calendar status, random browser and session identifiers, event times, broad device categories, and approved campaign and referral categories. It does not send arbitrary URL parameters, form contents, attendee details or booking identifiers. We do not use analytics SDK autocapture or session replay.

Analytics requests go directly from your browser to PostHog, so PostHog also receives network information, including your IP address. Random identifiers are not a guarantee of anonymity. See PostHog’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Browser storage and your choices

We use browser local storage and first-party cookies to remember your analytics choice for up to 90 days. When analytics is permitted, a random browser identifier and first-visit attribution are stored for up to 90 days. Session storage holds a shorter-lived session identifier and attribution; a new session starts after 30 minutes of inactivity or at most 24 hours.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Turkey and any additional regions configured for opt-in, analytics waits for acceptance. In other recognised countries, analytics is on by default unless you decline. You can open Analytics preferences to opt out at any time. If the country signal is missing, untrusted or invalid, analytics stays off unless you explicitly accept. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep our analytics off, even if you previously accepted. If the browser cannot save your choice, analytics stays off.

You can decline or withdraw through Analytics preferences at any time. Withdrawal stops future collection and clears our analytics identifiers from this browser; it does not automatically erase events already sent. Clearing browser storage also removes the saved choice. These browser lifetimes are not retention periods for provider records or booking information.

Providers and privacy requests

Cloudflare, Cal.com and, when analytics is enabled, PostHog process information to provide the functions described above. Their services may process information outside your country. You can read more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy and the provider policies linked above.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority.
